Bone trumpet mi-rkaṅ-gliṅ-bu

mi-rkaṅ-gliṅ-bu

This bone trumpet (Tib. rkang gling) was made from a human thigh bone and sewn into leather. Finally, it was crowned with a brass attachment. The sound of the bone trumpet is said to please the gods and keep evil spirits away.
