Paraguay's folklore for the world

Celebrate with us the 100th anniversary of the birth of the Paraguayan guarania with a harp concert featuring six Paraguayan harps, as well as the 200th birthday of Johann Strauss, performed by the Music Academy "Arpa Studio Sonrisa" from Tokyo, Japan. The concert musicians will perform melodies from the Paraguayan Guarania as well as classical works by the composers Johann Strauss and Amadeus Mozart.

We will also present Paraguayan folk dances with the international dance group Jeroky Paraguay from Vienna - including the traditional bottle dance.

An event in cooperation with the Paraguayan-Austrian Cultural Community in Vienna "ASOPARA".
