For some time now, there has been great interest in Austria and around the world in traditional medical treatment methods that pursue a holistic approach. The historical development of medical knowledge, in which the regions of Mongolia, Tibet and China benefited together, is also significant and impressive.

Dr Shirchinmaa Baatar, a doctor at the Atsral Health Otoch-Odi Hospital in Ulaanbaatar, will explain the historical development of TMM (in English);

Ms Khaliunaa Damdinsuren BMSc., traditional medicinal practitioner at the Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences, presents the spectrum of TMM treatment methods (in German).

An event of the Weltmuseum Wien Friends in cooperation with Österreichisch-Mongolischen Gesellschaft "OTSCHIR". The Weltmuseum Wien Friends association offers a variety of advanced events to all those interested in the Weltmuseum Wien, such as object discussions, special guided tours, excursions as well as film and photo lectures.
