Informationen on the Tickets

Free Admission
Free admission is valid for teens under the age of 19 years, “Kulturpass” holders and ICOM-Card holders on presentation of a valid ID.

Visit the museum alone
Every person from the age of 15 may visit the museum unaccompanied. An exception exists for school classes, which must always be accompanied by a teacher.

Free admission with »Kulturpass Hunger auf Kunst und Kultur«
With the »Kulturpass«, people with financial constraints as well as all refugees who have an ID card for displaced persons receive free admission to the museums of the KHM Museum Association.

Reduced Admission
Valid for students up to age 25, senior citizens over 65 or on presentation of a valid pensioners´ ID, challenged people, military and community service conscripts, unemployed persons on presentation of the respective ID. Also applies to kids in school groups.

School Groups
Kids in schoolgroups get free admission. Per group 2 teachers are free of charge. Children must be attended during the visit.

Gift Voucher for Annual Tickets
Gift Voucher for Annual Tickets can be purchased at the cash desk in the museum.

Skip the line! Mobile tickets are sent via e-mail immediately after purchase and are available as pdf file as well as downloadable on smartphones or tablets via link. The delivery is free of charge. To gain access, the barcode on the mobile device has to be shown at the admission control. Tickets can be retransmitted to friends using a Keyper Account. Please note that Annual Ticket vouchers have to be printed and submitted upon redemption.

Refugees welcome!
The KHM Museumsverband is actively supporting refugees and the integration of all those who have been granted asylum. We offer free entrance to assisted groups of refugees and their caregivers (eg. Caritas, Volkshilfe, parishes, private hosts etc.).
