Brustschmuck

This beaded necklace with two small brass heads and a tiger tooth characterised the person wearing it as a brave warrior. Such necklaces were commonly used by mana Naga groups.Aside from the tiger tooth, the two small human heads made of brass refer to the wearer’s hunting success after having killed a tiger or taken a human head. A glass rod was dyed white and heated to dab white dots on the black glass beads.
