Breast ornament

The tiger's teeth symbolise the courage of the person who killed it. Among the Naga, however, tigers were not just animals, but to a certain extent also soul mates of humans. The relationship between tigers and humans was - as is usual among relatives - quite ambivalent. Both feared and revered, the tiger was the protagonist of many tales about the origin of all phenomena and the order of nature.
