Aus einem Stück Holz geschnitzte männliche Figur. Darstellung eines Kriegers in hockender Stellung mit angezogenen Beinen, die Arme umfassen die Unterschenkel. Unbekleidet, am Rücken ein ebenfalls aus dem einen Holzstück geschnitzter Korb mit 2 Schädelsymbolen. Am Hinterkopf ein Holzblatt in Form eines Haarschmuckes. Aus Rotang geflochtenes Stirnband.

 

Der Sammler hat die Figur in den 1980-er jahren in Neu delhi von einem indischen Offizier gekauft, der in den 1950-er Jahren in Nagaland stationiert war.
