On the occasion of the Communist Party's seventh congress, Ho Chi Minh appears on a poster in front of a stylized striking surface of a Dong Son culture kettle gong. In its center, the symbol of the sun has been replaced by a hammer and sickle. The inscription reads. "The Seventh Congress of the Vietnamese Communist Party. Gather around the party, follow the path chosen by Uncle Ho".
